At a typical SAB training centre, we appoint an experienced and qualified center manager with a team of qualified and certified trainers and other team members like placement officer, community mobilizers etc focused on serving clients across sectors and service lines. In addition, there is a state level team with qualified state heads and management team to monitor the activities of each training centre closely and regularly.
Karan handles the corporate engagement and business development at SAB. Karan has done his MBA from Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal and is one of the key members to drive the business expansion across various verticals. An agriculture graduate from Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana, he has developed a sound understanding and experience of working in rural and livelihood sectors.
Previously, Karan has been associated with Skill Development Mission of Andhra Government and various skilling organizations like Skills Academy, AISECT etc. Karan is always up for new challenges and opportunities that brings out his creative side and absolutely loves nature, traveling and singing.
Aditya is heading the operations team of skill business across various regions. Aditya is an MBA from Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal and is driving the operational teams of various projects under Skills Vertical of SAB. He is a graduate in Pharmacy sector.
Previously, Aditya has worked with Government of Madhya Pradesh in Forest Department and has been instrumental in impacting many forest based livelihood projects.
Aditya is an avid reader, traveler and follows cricket with himself being a great player.
Manmohan handles the western region of skill operations of SAB. Manmohan is an MBA from Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal and is driving the western region including Gujarat, Maharashtra and Rajasthan. A commerce graduate and a field expert, He is managing various skill based projects in the region. He has been associated with state tribal welfare departments of states including Andhra Pradesh and Gujarat.
He loves to travel, explore the unexplored regions of the country and is a great artist who loves painting and animations.
Priya manages the business development activities of SAB where she handles roles like Liaisoning with the government departments and corporates. She is an MBA from Symbiosis with an engineering background and has zeal for creativity, learning and implementing new ideas.
Priya’s leisure interests lie in food, travel and dancing.
Deepak is managing the placement operations of skill training centers across regions and ensures that maximum candidate get placed in relevant jobs post their trainings. Deepak is an MBA with extensive experience of marketing and sales. He is well connected to industry and understands the manpower demands of industries at entry level.
He is a commerce graduate with keen interest in reading religious books and loves cooking.
Sunil is leading the training vertical at SAB and is managing the regional operations of Malwa and Neemad region of Madhya Pradesh. Sunil is a post graduate in Pharmacy/Life Sciences and is highly experienced in training and content development processes. Sunil is also a certified Master Trainer of SAB with his expertise in Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors. Sunil is a state level Roller Hockey player and is an all time Hollywood fan.
Sumit is managing the operations of skill training centers across regions and ensures that each SAB VTC complies with the project SOP and requirements. Sumit is an MBA from Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal and was previously associated with Madhya Pradesh Government as consultant.
He is a Mechanical Engineer with keen interest in photography and poetry.
Saurav is managing the MIS and IT vertical of various skill development projects under SAB. Saurav is an Economics graduate and has worked extensively on field to develop a sound understanding of skill based projects at ground. Saurav loves to travel to rural and tribal regions of India to explore the plethora of cultural richness of the country.
Vikram handles the north region of skill operations of SAB and has extensive experience of 12+ years in education and development sector. He is handling the skill business in northern states including Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, J&K, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Vikram has immense understanding of education sector and has served various educational institutes prior to joining SAB. Vikram has a keen interest in designing innovative education tools for better and quicker learning of candidates.
Smita is Managing the MIS vertical of various skills development projects at SAB and takes care of day to day reporting of operations. Smita is an MBA and has a great command on MIS management tools. She is a graduate in Economics.
Smita is a trained singer and she loves classical fusion song.
