  • Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikaas Yojana is a flagship scheme of Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Government of India under skill India Mission. It is being implemented by National Skill Development Corporation under the guidance of Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) and targets to train 10 million youths in 4 years (2016-2020)
    Skills Art and Beyond (SAB) is an empanelled training partner of different sector skill councils and implementing training program in multiple sectors includes both manufacturing & service sector under Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikaas Yojana. Skills Art and Beyond (SAB) is currently have PMKVY training centers in Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Bihar, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Odisha and West Bengal. Skills Art and Beyond (SAB) is involved in both fresh trainings and recognition of prior learning under PMKVY and aims to impart training to 1 million youth in next 4-5 years under this scheme.
  • Madhya Pradesh State Bamboo Mission (MPSBM) is a subsidiary of MP forest Department and works exclusively for Bamboo related plantations & livelihood generating activities in Madhya Pradesh. Skills Art and Beyond is a training partner of MPSBM to train & certify Bamboo artisans across Madhya Pradesh.

  • As a strategic alliance, SAB has signed an MoU with Adhikar Micro nance, a 25 year old social development organization working in the state of Odisha and Gujarat. The agreement has been signed on 30th November 2016. Adhikar is one of the fastest growing microfinance institutions with a growth of 440% in assets under management over years (ending 2015-16). Adhikar has its presence in 19 districts of the state with an outreach of more than 75,000 clients and a loan disbursement of more than Rs. 550 Crores till date. Adhikar is led by Mr. Mohammad Nooruddin Amin (Founder and President), an Ashoka fellow having more than 22 years of experience in social development sector.
    The alliance is aimed at combating the unemployment and skill gap among the youth through creating skill development opportunities for rural and urban youth of Odisha. SAB and Adhikar jointly aims to initiate training programs through 15 training centers in next 1 year with skilling opportunities in various sectors including Textile, Retail, Capital Goods, Agriculture, Construction, Tourism and Hospitality and IT/ITeS. Adhikar has a strong presence in Odisha and understands the needs and opportunities of rural/urban youth and SAB in association with Adhikar looks forward to a successful launch of Skill India Mission in Odisha. The training programs shall be aligned to NSDC a liated programs including Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY).
  • National Backward Classes Finance & Development Corporation (NBCFDC) is a Govt. of India Undertaking under the aegis of Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment. NBCFDC was incorporated under Section 25 of the Companies Act 1956 on 13th January 1992 as a Company not for profit with an objective to promote economic and developmental activities for the benefit of Backward Classes and to assist the poorer section of these classes in skill development and self employment ventures. NBCFDC provides financial assistance through State Channelising Agencies (SCAs) nominated by the State Governments/ UTs. NBCFDC also provides Micro Financing through SCAs/ Self Help Groups (SHGs).
    SAB has been associated with NBCFDC through Tourism & Hospitality Skill Council for implementing employment linked skill development program specically designed for OBC candidates of Madhya Pradesh.
  • National Safai Karamcharis Finance & Development Corporation(NSKFDC), a wholly owned Govt. of India Undertaking under the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment (M/o SJ&E) was set up on 24th January 1997 as a Company “Not for Profit” under Section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956. NSKFDC is in operation since October, 1997, as an Apex Corporation for the all round socioeconomic upliftment of the Safai Karamcharis, Scavengers and their dependents throughout India, through various loan and non-loan based schemes.
    Apart from operating various loan and non-loan based schemes for the upliftment of the target group, NSKFDC is playing a vital role in elimination of manual scavenging - the worst surviving symbol of untouchability. NSKFDC has been designated as the Nodal Agency for implementation of the Central Sector Self Employment Scheme for Rehabilitation of Manual Scavengers (SRMS) under the aegis of the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment.
    SAB has been associated with NSKFDC through Handicrafts and Carpet Sector Skill Council for implementing placement linked skill development program specically designed for Safai Karamcharis, Manual scavengers and their dependents in Uttar Pradesh.
  • As a strategic alliance, SAB has signed an MoU with Jesus Mary and Joseph (JMJ) Society, Hyderabad. JMJ is one of the oldest (registered in 1933) and leading NGOs of the country that has presence across 9 states and is an international organization with its parent organization in Netherlands. JMJ focuses on social development activities for marginalized, backward class communities with special focus on tribal and SC beneficiaries. JMJ has more than 25 institutions set up in AP and Telangana serving the BPL and tribal communities through education, skill development and healthcare services.
    The alliance is aimed at combating the unemployment and skill gap among the youth through creating skill development opportunities for rural and urban youth of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. SAB and JMJ jointly aims to initiate training programs through 20+ training centers in next 1 year with skilling opportunities in various sectors including Textile, Healthcare, IT/ITeS and other sectors. JMJ has been working since more than 100 years in the region and understands the needs of the tribal and rural areas of the states. I am very hopeful and certain that the alliance will be a great contribution towards the Skill India Mission. The training programs shall be aligned to NSDC a liated programs including Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) and other schemes.
