COVID and its associated lockdowns and shutdowns have disrupted almost every aspect of life across the Planet. Towards building back better, SAB has worked on multiple interventions including Digital and Financial Literacy for elderly citizens to enhance their digital adoption of services, Financial inclusion and Market Linkages towards building resilience in women micro-entrepreneurs, value chain analysis and marketing support for tribal beneficiaries to increase their livelihood opportunities and others.

SAB through its Village Transformation program adopts underserved and marginalized villages / habitats and converges development interventions towards a holistic and inclusive growth of the community. The interventions include Healthcare, Education, Livelihood, Water and Sanitation and Electrification based initiatives. We aim to build self – reliant and resilient communities towards a transformed rural India.

The program aims to address the critical need to advocate for an inclusive and environmentally sensitive response to COVID-19 that resets towards sustainable and inclusive pathways to recovery to build back better. SAB works with youth, women, communities, PRI Functionaries, administration, NGOs/CBOs and other stakeholders in creating a gendered focus on social safetynet program and help create awareness through participatory approach in planning of works, livelihood programs and linking of climate resilient works with large scale programs like MGNREGS and others.

Farmer Producer Organization is an initiative towards collectivization of farmers specially the marginalized farmers (small, women, landless and others) to foster adoption of technology, improve productivity, adoption of new and innovative practices, enhanced access to credit and inputs, enhanced market access and further increasing farmers' income and sustainable agriculture based livelihoods. SAB works with 200+ FPOs and 60K+ farmers across multiple geographies towards formation and promotion of FPOs.
